Materials
We stock and machine the alloys energy and industrial customers need most: 4140 alloy steel, 1018 mild steel, 303 and 304 stainless, 17-4 PH stainless, 6061 and 7075 aluminum, and C360 brass. Customer-supplied material accepted. Full traceability available on request.
CNC Turning
Our core capability. We machine precision cylindrical components on CNC lathes with live tooling capability — shafts, bushings, adapters, spacers, threaded fittings, and more. Single-piece prototypes to repeat production runs, all held to ±0.001" standard tolerance.
Quality & Inspection
Every job includes first-article and final inspection. Dimensional reports provided with each shipment. PPAP documentation available on request. We work under NDA and protect your IP as standard practice.

Legacy and obsolete component reproduction: When the original manufacturer no longer supports a system, we reverse-engineer and manufacture replacement parts from drawings, samples, or field measurements.
Low-volume precision runs: No minimum order quantities. Whether you need 1 prototype or 500 production pieces, every part gets the same programming, fixturing, and inspection process.
Energy-specific hardware: Meter mounting flanges, instrument adapters, sensor housings, thread reducers (NPT/BSP), protective caps, and flow measurement accessories built by a team that understands the application, not just the drawing.
